TEDGlobal

Just arrived in Edinburgh, a city once referred to by James Buchan as the “capital of the mind”, for TEDGlobal 2013: Think Again.

I’ve always enjoyed sharing my approaches for getting to clarity on wicked problems with the TED community, and this year I’m thrilled to share a new technique - Draw How To Make Toast.

My talk on Tuesday morning will present all of the details, but Draw How To Make Toast is a very powerful tool for getting people creatively engaged with big ideas connected to system mapping and complex problems.

Stay tuned in the weeks to come for a video of my talk on the TED website, and for more exciting news about How To Draw Toast, and ClarityTools - a collaboration system to help you get playfully clear about what’s important to your organization!
